thanks heaps guys, they have laid eggs and eaten twice before they hatch and have successfully hatched once but they have eaten them within 2 days, hopefuly next time I have some more luck.

Takes a few goes for the discus to get it right. My ring leopards took almost 5-6 tries before they got it right.

Sometimes the male misfires or something and the eggs do not get fertilised properly and the eggs subsequently turn white/eaten. Goodluck with the breeding mate. :D
